As we scale our operations to meet ambitious 2026 milestones, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and secure the technical and strategic talent that will drive our success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment & Headhunting

- Manage the entire recruitment process for a high volume of roles annually, spanning R&D (Software, Hardware, Robotics), Clinical, and Support functions.
- Execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced search techniques to attract passive top-tier talent.
- Conduct deep-dive screenings and competency-based interviews to ensure technical and cultural alignment.

2. Tools & Process Optimization

- Act as the internal expert and administrator for our ATS (Teamtailor), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Optimize the candidate journey to provide a world-class experience that reflects AcuSurgical's innovative brand.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs (Time-to-hire, Source quality, Offer acceptance rate) to drive data-led decisions.

3. Learning & Development

- Identify training needs: Conduct regular skills-gap analyses across all departments to identify priority training areas.
- Design & deliver: Create and facilitate internal training programs for employees and managers (e.g., leadership, soft skills, technical onboarding).
- Managerial coaching: Train hiring managers on advanced interview techniques, performance management, and feedback culture.
- External training management: Source and coordinate with external training providers and manage the annual training budget.

4. Talent Retention

- Develop career pathing frameworks to ensure long-term employee engagement after the initial hiring wave.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing performance review cycles and succession planning.
- Monitor post-onboarding integration and drive initiatives to improve employee retention.
